As in the homemade traditions, at the Genzianella Restaurant, homemade pasta is prepared. Tagliatelle, gnocchi or dumplings, made with fresh seasonal products as well as side dishes and vegetables that accompany meat dishes and specialties of the Chef Corrado such as deer grilled or grilled, to conclude with the delicacy of desserts and pastries of Katia.

A sublime artisan pastry prepares daily from Mrs. Katia, the owner, to conclude lunches or dinners and, importantly, for a breakfast those who start in a positive way to a new day.
At the breakfast buffet the sweet baked goods triumph: cakes, muffins, brioches, creams and jams to spread on bread of different types. And for those who need an extra charge, the savory buffet offers North European breakfast with eggs, sausages (Würstel), salami and cheese.
